I called on June 18, 2024 to inquire about a potential case. I have never been involved in any legal matter in my life— so this was my first time ever consulting with an attorney. I was welcomed by a lovely representative named Brian who then transferred me to Adam Van Grack. Adam was immediately condescending, rude, and disrespectful. I tried to inform Adam that I thought a consultation answered my questions and addressed the validity of my potential case, he didn’t let me finish a single thought. He constantly cut me off, treated me as if I were incompetent, and was extremely abrasive in his tone from inception. Please, somebody teach that poor man customer service. It is unnecessary to be so mean… Update: Adam, I assume after seeing my review, went out of his way to call and kindly apologize for any miscommunication and unintended offense. He warmly accepted my constructive criticism. Thank you for understanding!

I have known Mr. Van Grack for the better part of two decades and know him to be as honest and competent as any attorney I've been associated with.
