If you are trying to go to this office you have to be careful before you go. I called and asked the receptionist if they could do the labor certificate and she told me that she needed to ask her boss first to confirm the information so I could go. I called back and she said yes you can come. I waited a week and even called before going and she didn’t say anything about them offering that service. When I go my appointment was set up for 3:00 pm and They had me waiting until 3:45 pm. The lady said I’ll charge you once your interview is finished but then she comes out and says that she actually prefers to charge me before I enter. I entered the room and the lady starts by saying that she doesn’t offer the service but she can refer me. So my question is, why would you not tell me that over the phone since the beginning? Why would you not let your receptionist tell me that you can’t do it and you were just going to refer me to somebody else? I took my employer to the meeting and he lost his afternoon and I lost mine thinking that we were dealing with somebody that could actually help. Long story short, i was charged $80.00 dollars for a 15 minutes conversation of the lawyer telling me about a friend that she has. I called after I left because I felt tricked and asked the receptionist and she was defensive right away and transferred the call to her boss who explained to me something that made no sense at all. So disappointed I went there I wouldn’t recommend them.
