I found their customer service very unhelpful and unwilling to answer any questions that I had. The man that I talked with was very dismissive and it was clear he felt that talking to me was a waste of his time. I will avoid doing any sort of business with them in the future.

When I need info regarding case numbers, they are always helpful. Better to go in person than by phone I’ve learned, but once available VERY professional and very helpful. THANK YOU LUNDBERG!
