during my entire time being lock up the only thing kaiman did was get a psychologist from Lakewood Washington named mark whitehill to see if I could stand trial or not after that it was 7,8 extensions that cover a year span in which outside of him asking prosecutor for a plea deal did nothing he did even look at the evidence till 9 10 months down the road but even then never brought any of it into play and according to the Bellingham police department never came down and look at it no trying to get or bring in an expert nothing one of the most important things in my case is my docket after paying him 15,000 there was no more money to give him to get an expert or anything esle so the only way he could defend me or help would be going through the courts which is how he got whitehill outside of that my docket shows doing nothing esle to help me there were some photos that supposedly show bruises left on 2 people now due to my size and inability to create force there is no way that I could have left these bruises on these people had kaiman brought in a forensic expert they would had come to the same place one of the biggest things in my case is just before kaiman left for his winter break the prosecutor wrote and said since you will not be available after such a dated your client will need to accept by such dated if declines then I will be send I out subpoenas and preparing for trial I will also be amending the information in addition will be adding more charges I will let you know as soon as I make the decision he wrote back saying I request that you leave the offer on the table when he finally did come back he said that there was a 10 year plea and that he wanted to go to trial 2 and a half weeks before trial we went to a dismiss hearing in which everything above happen the whole thing went no where and nothing was ever done after that with no experts still the prosecutor wrote and said that it looks like we are heading to trial a week later kaiman said if the plea was still on the table
