Mary Beth worked on a case for one of my family members and was very professional and active in doing everything possible to take care of them, I’m so glad he was able to have a lawyer with the knowledge and assertiveness she possess to further allow us to continue on with our way of life. Totally worth the money.

Swapna Samuel is supposed to be representing my friend, He has made it clear verbally, and in writing that he is in agreeance with the terms of his divorce that his spouse and he practically drew up themselves and yet still cannot get their divorce finalized. She seems to have her own agenda that she continues to force on him causing delays with selling and closing on houses, registering their children in new school districts and generally moving on with both of their lives. he has signed forms stating that though she advises him not to sign he acknowledges and wants to move forward. She has since become extremely unavailable. not answering or returning calls or emails. The wife's law office has had to do all the footwork to move forward with every step of the process. This has been over a 6 month process and is still not over for this poor couple just trying to move forward with their lives and their children's lives. Would highly recommend NOT hiring Ms. samuels unless you have all the money and time in the world to donate to her agenda. 100% dissatisfied. future clients BEWARE of the headache you would be sacrificing you and your pocket book to!!

Has nothing to represent as criminalist . Will take your money and set you up. I went already with a problem she provide me with the same solution after spend 3,500$. Even I suggest to go trail spend additional 6,700$. But see the fear in her eyes that is gone be waste of money . So I voluntarily plead guilty after 4 years with a Misdemeanor. If you’re Latin Don’t even go she will not defend you. If you know the law you will know how to beat the Law. I’m Thankful.
