Absolutely deplorable for a government social services office. There is always a long wait. The woman who greets individuals is extremely unfriendly. Once reaching a window after waiting 3+ hours, I was told that it wasn't their process for people to see caseworkers. Mind you I told the greeter that's what I needed when I arrived. If calling there by phone, be prepared to be on hold longer than an hour.

If I show up at the opening of the place , why is there only one window open while the rest are "waiting in the system???" the new website is horrible!!nIt still took almost 2 hours for not even 10 people in front of me? And we don't need the mean lady at the desk talking to us like we're dogs! n Should hire people like me with a degree in computer science and web design!!

Great place when you really need help. Although forms can be complicated for the new applicant, I suggest you ask someone who works there to look it over before submitting it to save yourself time. Also ALWAYS fill in every question even if only to say, not applicable. Most staff want to help you. If your struggling, don't let pride get in the way...just go. There's many programs they DO NOT ADVERTISE so ask a caseworker if you need something like rides, childcare, home health care, etc. All in all...I'm glad they are there when we need them!!!

They do the best they possibly can. Wait time can be a bit long. But they are efficient when it comes to helping the general public.
