I hate leaving a bad review because Mr manny is really nice and professional, but I initially reached out to this office on December 4th 2024 to hire them for my case, but the level of communication has been incredibly frustrating. They ignored multiple attempts to contact them, and when they finally responded, it was at 1:00 AM, which is completely unprofessional. Every time I call during business hours, I’m told to leave a voicemail, and my messages go unanswered. Even more frustrating, when I do call, I often receive a text from their legal assistant while I’m still on the line, almost as if they are avoiding my calls rather than addressing my concerns. It feels like I’m being completely forgotten about. Mr. Manny seems knowledgeable and polite, but it appears his legal assistants are not doing their job properly. A law office should prioritize client communication, especially for something as important as emigration matters. If this is how they treat potential clients, I can only imagine how they handle ongoing cases. Disappointing experience.
US immigration process is complicated and slow. They explained what to expect, with time estimates, and guided the process. They were responsive to questions and concerns and a good overall partner through the process. I recommend them.
In 2011 I went to the first consultation that they said on television that it was free, and it was not. They charged me $1500 to start my process or investigate if I had a case. I had experienced domestic violence and left the Country with my son after my divorce. He was entitled to a U visa, but attorney Christian Zeller never mentioned that. We came from Italy with a 3-month visa, so the lawyer expected to spend the days, and when there were two weeks left, they began to call me every day, threatening that they would send immigration to my house if I did not leave the Country. They never investigated my case and just sent me a letter saying I could try to apply for an extension at the Miami airport, but it would cost me $3,000 to represent me. During that time, I visited other attorneys, who told me I could legally keep my son in the United States. Luckily I met attorney Robert Sheldon who opened my case; I got my GreenCard in three years, and after two years, I got my citizenship; for only $4500. I do not recommend Maney Gordon's attorney to anyone.
I an very grateful for all the time and effort Maney & Gordon attorneys and legal assistants put into my immigration case. Everyone that was involved was professional, courteous, caring, hard-working and sincere. I always felt they cared very much about myself and my family and the success of my application - true advocates. Immigration can be a complicated and time-consuming process but I was always confident with the attorneys and legal assistants at Maney & Gordon - I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend them! The service we received and the overall experience was more than satisfactory. Thank you for everything.
Jack Gordon is the best Attorney I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He is OUTSTANDING in the Court Room! He stays with you through everything. He is amazing at everything he does. He is also very thoughtful, and caring. I would not choose a different Attorney unless it's a matter he doesn't deal with. He has always been there for me. I trust him completely. When you deal with Attorneys that is often hard to say about them. However, I feel this way about Jack Gordon. He has my complete respect, because he deserves it. He is everything I would want for an Attorney.
