Reck since 08 2018.(I had a lawyer bf NMA) Yet later in March 2018 I found this law firm.threw a flyer in my mailbox. I called all was bright and hopeful on our 1st conversation. That was all. Receptionist answered the phone with a "Hello" nothing else. My case handler where always in meetings or lunch . Never called back till I got rude and finally had her call me. Some insight was given. But I asked for a continuation of seeing a dog for my back. Never heard back. Now i cant see one. Unless out of pocket. Thank u for that. Now they have transferred me to Brian white. Turns out i could had gotten my property damage of my car settled back then. So now I have found out a appraisal was never done back in Sept 28 2018. So here i am afraid I wont get nothing but stuck with a car loan. So far Brian White is doing good. Can I have feed back about him.

My two children were in an accident with an eighteen wheeler on July 2, 2012 in Wichita Falls, TX. It was two days before my youngest child’s birthday. The car was crushed. They survived. Do not be fooled by the reviews his friends and family have put on here. I contacted Nick after I was T Boned at work and was shoved off to one of his "associates", and now almost two years later, I have had two more "associates" in charge of my case, his secretary is extremely rude, and they have completely screwed my case. I now have three herniated disks in my back that I cannot get taken care of, and 200 points taken off of my credit score because the conveniently forgot to tell me that the insurance company didn't pay all of the bills that I sent them. Oh, and the case was completely closed without me ever being told about it. All I got from the SECRETARY was "well the attorney said you already knew they didn't pay enough to cover all the bills. I don't see how that's our problem." This guy sucks, do not ever trust him with you or your family's needs.
