As a result of crash caused by someone running a stop sign I suffered a serious neck injury. I felt confused and in doubt about what the best course would be for my medical needs both immediate and long term and my legal rights. Once I contacted Mr. Shapiro's office I was put at ease and made to feel I now had a personal ally to help me. Thank you to Marc and his entire staff during this difficult time including Jeff Best for his organization and clear presentations while advocating my needs and rights. Also to Shawn Davey for proactively keeping me informed and responding immediately any questions which arose.

Yes Mr Shapiro I see you added your comment because you only are worried about the one star rate that I gave you because you are only worried about your reputation . You are concerned that you didn't meet my expectations but at least you meet yours because I was your client for how long?? For 2 years and did you ever called me how I am doing? No you only called me 2 times just to tell me to take the one star review that I put for you and I did take it off two times! But now I will not take it off not unless my pain goes away I won't do it . because you did meet your expectations your staff called me and assured me that if I have the surgery I will be better and I am not better actually I am worse than before the surgery, but if I didn't do the surgery you weren't going to get any money that's why Mr you didn't care that I am going to live like this for the rest of my life . At least people have to know who are they dealing with...

A friend recommended Marc Shapiro and his staff. I was immediately impressed with their caring and professional manner. I had some serious back injuries with a lot of pain after a car accident. They immediately copied all my medical procedures, tests and X-rays and set me up with an appointment to see Dr. Roush, a spine surgeon on the east coast for examination and recommendation. I was so impressed with Dr. Roush and had a wonderful surgical experience with my lumbar microdiscectomies. The surgery went well and I had a wonderful outcome and recovery.
