They only care about their money. I had a accident December 31, 2016. Still waiting on them to actually call me and care about me. Marisol Jiminian was my case worker until I got her changed. She doesn't care, I never know anything about my case unless I call. She doesn't reply to my messages unless I am angry and when she talks to you she sounds very uninterested as if I am the dumb one. I promise you I'll never come back here when I get this case finished! I will never recommend these people! I don't even want to give them one star.

Brad Balaban provided the most excellant professional, dedicated, consistent, service I have ever received in any legal situation! He went above and beyond my expections accomcomplishing a victory in what most people would say was a no win situation. What I appreciate the most is the lines of communication were always open; I was kept informed of the process at all times. I was a person to him at all times, never a case number. I spoke with Ryan Spencer about my hearing thats coming up. I have waited 4 years for this date and its not my fault it was last minute. He wanted to know why I didnt contact him a year ago and so forth. His attitude was very arrogant. I told him what my claim was and he stated in a defiling tone, "Oh its just feet issues, and its only going to be 10-20% anyway and there is no guarantee you will win." He then asked for a cash payment up front. I served my country with all my heart and honor. Mr Spencer should have more respect for the soldiers who fought while he was in bed sleeping or studying for law school. It may just be "feet issues", but I earned these feet issues. Who is he really for? Is it about money or does he really care about Veterans? True he may not know anything about my case, I was trying to explain to him that I have all my service records, but he wouldnt stop running his mouth about what he think he knows. I regret contacting him.
