Marco Crane & Rigging Company quoted our business First Impression Security Doors, Inc. $1200 for crane service to place an iron spiral staircase onto the property of our client. They have now invoiced us for $2200, nearly double what they quoted it would cost because it "took longer". First Impression Security Doors, Inc. should not be responsible for their inability to provide an accurate quote for services. We have paid the invoice in full due to them threatening our business with collections action. Desired Resolution: Refund $1,000 to First Impression Security Doors, Inc. that we paid in excess of their quote for services due to them threatening collections action.
