Working in the industry for over 20 years, I have dealt with these MORONS for years. None of their collectors or managers know what they're doing. Dealt with "Andy Rivera" today. Don't worry it's a fake name so it doesn't matter if I mention that name. He says he was a "manager". THEN got transferred to a NON MANAGER when asked for a MAIN manager...ON HOLD for 5 minutes and never spoke to "Dana Wells" They have ZERO phone skills and one of the worst collectors I have ever dealt with in over 20 years. I don't know why banks/debt buyers still use this law firm. Constantly putting us on hold and 5-10+ minute wait times to speak with anybody!! Do yourselves a favor and don't deal with them and don't send them any of your accounts! They are unexperienced MORONS and that's being nice!!
spoke to the lawyer who was handling my debt he was so rude an arrogent an told me go find a desk job when i kept telling him in disabled an can not work an asking him to dismissed the case an he would not he kept telling me off an being so rude this company is horrible an we had the first hearing an whoever he sent to the court acts as if he doesnt know what im talking about etc when i brought up the rude an horrible demmer an they know i only get ssi yet they continue to a payment review in which my medical as gotten worser an i cant work so never take any calls from them or speak to these dick of lawyers they only care about themselves!
It's a debt collector so I can't give it five stars. It was a simple experience. I would suggest that you never give access to your bank account and routing number. Get a certified bank check. As you read in previous reviews, they're able to take money out of your account at will when you provide this information. A bank check takes a little longer, and it'll probably cost you around $8 for the bank. Check, a stamp, and certified mail with a tracking number. I hope this helps.
They have their collectors harrass you Into getting a payment... don't agree to anything unless they provide a settlement agreement... record everything. Any violations report to fdcpa and cfpb.... I received 3 letters from the attorney general and I made em transfer out to glendale location. Very rude... weak lawyers... and they won't let you serve them but they serve you by mail and when your not home obviously.... clowns ...
I was having trouble paying off my card last year so fell behind. I than got in touch with a consolidation company and they were helping to negotiate a payment plan with less due. Earlier this year or maybe late last year I was able to pay off and get back on track. I was making payments online and than it didn’t allow me to do it anymore. Account was handed over to this company for collections. I have talked to them many times and told them my 3rd party company is not working with my account anymore and I’ve taken it back over. The person told me what to do and who to email. I did this in March I think or early April. Despite me doing what they told me to do I’ve had ZERO response. And while they are not helping me I’m the one who is suffering due to more late payments. At this point I would rather work with my credit card company. I don’t want to work with people like this who don’t care. I care about getting myself back to normalcy and nobody can help.
