Completely unhelpful and absolutely rude. I have never in my life dealt with a law firm that won’t let you speak to an atty or have an atty call you back. Not even willing to settle for a smaller amount.
Zero Stars is what I would give this terrible bunch of lawyers. This is a horrible firm - they are rude and keep sucking money from my account even after it should stop. I had to jump through hoop after hoop just to get these creepy people to stop harassing me.
I am giving all the stars to Shawanda. The debt was mine from a past mistake and although I am not who I was then and my circumstances are different, it’s my obligation to right my wrongs. Shawanda was great she listened she went into great detail provided me with information answered all my questions. Help me understand the miscommunication and sort out the details to get things done. I paid off the debt and although it hurt it’s just money I much rather live in peace then worry about this to effect me long term. I wish I met Shawanda under different circumstances but I am very appreciative of the work she did for me and the assistance she provided me. She is great and I think the other reviews here are based off anger and being upset that a debt is being collected on rather than facing what is. Initially I was heated and wanted to attack and go in but I think that’s everyone’s initial response to do things if we all just use logic and understand that this is business with real people who have a job to do to provide for their loved ones and family and not bash them. Taking accountability is the first step and taking the appropriate steps to resolve them is the next and using logic is the key to overcoming things. Ask questions and I’m sure they will answer them and it’s actually their job to help resolve the matter. Thank you so much Shawanda for being great and helping me!!!!
I wish I could give them a 0! This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! Prior to them garnishing my wages I had reached out 5 separate times to settle this matter. No one ever responded. The judge even asked their lawyer why they didn’t respond to me and he didn’t have an answer. Now my wages are being garnished right before Christmas and no one can give me any information. The rep (Shawna) kept cutting me off while I was speaking so naturally I got louder. She tells me not to yell and that she will disconnect the call. First learn how to speak with people!
Obviously this review is about the experience I had with the staff. I was nervous to contact them based on my previous experinces with other collections firms. To my much needed suprise they have been kind and helpful . I am posting this review so that others who think they can't get their situation under control will call. I now have a managable payment that isn't scary ,
