called on 04/07/2022 at 12:33 spoke with ROSA (what is the name she gave me) asked to be transferred to Chrystel Asher since I was returning a call..... Rosa is a very rude, she was not able to transfer or even leave a message for Chrystel ... she needs training on customer service ASAP and on who works for the firm, or at least ask her supervisor. Had to call a second time and had no problem leaving a message to the person I need it to talk to.
Not handling my type of case. Did not refer me to an attorney or even a paralegal. On hold for a while.
