My stepson was involved in a horrible accident recently. The party at fault was not insured so we had to file an Uninsured Motorist claim against our insurance. Our experience with our attorney Bryan Meadows and his legal paralegal Emily Torrice was wonderful. Being that my stepson was 18 at the time of the accident, Bryan and Emily explained the process and made sure we (my stepson, husband, and myself) all understood what was to be expected. Bryan negotiated with the insurance company to get my stepson the best payout possible. Emily is very knowledgeable and made sure all our paperwork was completed. Emily stayed on top of collecting all the medical bills and reports to ensure Bryan had everything he needed to settle our claim.
