Very unforgettable experience. My husband to be had to apply for the fiancée visa a few years ago and decided to see the assistance of this law office. He was asked to pay $500 in advance, provided mr hynman with all necessary info, so he can file a k-1 fiancée visa. 1 month later... they told him that they’re still waiting to hear back from Immigration office... ok, when he stopped by mr hynman to ask about the status of visa.. guess what? They told him that they didn’t apply yet (!!!) because they were needed some info from him (which they could have asked within those 6 month) .. my husband took the papers away from him and said they their services are not required.?no money were returned!!! Stay away from their services. They will not help you but will make sure to suck as much money from you as they can.

Marshall i never dealt with other than a consultation and he was great. But his co worker Kathryn is like a scared cat. I paid her 4 grand and she didn't even put up a fight to my fiancé's immigration issue. She accepted the word of the judge even though my fiance is not a flight risk obviously he wants to stay in america and stay with me.. She kept her mouth closed and didnt do anything and then told me if i wanted them to handle my other case that i would have to make another appointment and talk to marshall.. I will never recommend her to anyone again. She to scary for me to deal with. And i thought she was a good lawyer. I wasted 4 grand on nothing. Cuz thats what she did.... nothing... Run fast....
