I needed a real estate transaction done (an easement) and was recommended to hire Attorney Dale Thomas. I’m so happy I did! The process was smooth and easy. Dale did an excellent job explaining the steps and process and handled everything with ease. He is now my go to for all my real estate needs.

We recently closed a real estate transaction and the firm completely disregarded the need to communicate or process documentation in a timely manner. The file was closed and recorded on a Thursday. As of Tuesday, commision checks have not been disbursed and they refuse to send digital copies for filing purposes, which is common in this market with paperless firms. There is a serious lack of follow through and it appears they do not understand the nature of the digital age. They failed to communicate coordination for a contractor to pick up payment due at closing because the office closed early on a long weekend. Said contractor drove to the office from Wilmington to discover the office closed. Our administrator and contractor called several times on Friday between 10am and 2pm with no response. The office claimed to have closed at 3pm. I do not recommend this firm.

Great firm to work with. Attorney Jaynes is very prompt and always available to answer any questions. Very professional team. I would recommend them for any of your real estate needs!

I have used this firm for years for my real estate transactions and have never had an issue. Dale is great to work with. I would recommend this firm.

I am writing this review to Mr Newel, We recently sold a land with his firm. I request some documents, check deposit to an agency and he never reply. I send an email and a text message and nothing. Definitely not recommend this firm.
