The people who work their in management don't treat their employees good or fare. They are in need of help and some that are always on time and always working hard and not treated with respect. Mrs. Judy & Mrs Sharon are ugly to their employees and disrespectful to the ones who are always their and never late. If some one can't come into work instead of calling the ones who is their on time and works hard they call in someone else. Just because they can do what ever they want to do and they need to be fired. I won't dare let my parents or Grand parents go to this place and I rather take care of them my self.They have a lot of residence they're taken care of and they don't have enough employees to take care of them so most of them get not taken care of cause theirs not enough employees to take care of them.

Update. Had to drop from 5 stars to 1. Should be 0! Apparently if you're in Cottage C, then you are treated like a human being. Cottage A, forget about it!! Wouldn't leave my dog in that building! We've been watching yall not watching and neglecting my family member for weeks! Not to mention the termites and roaches! Then yall let her fall and fracture her hip!? Now her home plan is out of the picture! And we're supposed to trust you to help her heal from your mistake and then magically get her walking again? Her issue was walking to begin with! That was her whole home plan! She just needed help walking so the people that love her can care for her and let her live what little life she has left in peace! She's 92!! She can't recoup from your ignorance! I was really on yall's side with these reviews. Got me looking stupid on here! Obviously all the bad reviews are correct! And in my opinion, it's your night crew that are unqualified and unable to carry out their job! And could yall make it anymore obvious that you only care for the patients without memory issues. Bc they still have a voice, right?! Why else would a patient, that was just there, without dementia, have a great experience. Then few months later, they are diagnosed with dementia, then enters your facility.. there goes all the integrity, care and compassion your company SHOULD have! EVERY time! NO matter what the patient's issues are! Only leaving my previous review up to show how much I really cared for and liked this place based on her first 30 day stay. I had so much confidence in this place. I'm so disappointed and embarrassed now!! I hope you're embarrassed as well!! If you care at all, then you should be! Previous review: I get it. People usually only review when things go bad. And places like this get overlooked the most when it comes to positive experiences getting posted. Most people get what they came for and leave and never think twice about it. Well, my 92 year old family member has been here twice. The first visit, AMAZING! EVERY SINGLE staff member was so kind to her! She was able to recoup within 30 days and was released. Now, months later, her health has really declined. She was just admitted this week from the hospital. We already have 2 of the same staff members from last time. That makes me SO happy!! I'm looking forward to seeing what progress and/or advice we can receive this time. So please, don't believe everything in these reviews or think that some bad past employees are still working here. Just like any business, I'm sure the "bad apples" were removed. Some really amazing people CURRENTLY work here!!

My Aunt was here for nursing rehabilitation. The experience she had was terrible. Every day she was left in her wheelchair for hours while sitting in her own urine and feces. She had a catheter and it became infected because it was never changed from the time entered their facility and she was there almost 4 months. She would often page them for help and they told her to stop pressing her alert button. Seldom she was even bathed. Weekly at best. They did change her clothes often either. When I visited with her the CNA’s sit in the lobby area playing on their phones. They never asked if she needed water. I had to get it for her. In the 4 hour period I was there she was checked on once. Other relatives brought in food for her because it’s just terrible. She was told by one CNA she could not have extra coffee because there were other patients there other than her. It’s a shame our elderly are being treated with such lack of care. The only plus was she was able to have her hair washed once a week but it is my understanding it is an outside person not employed by St. Martins. I would definitely not recommend this place for the care of your loved ones.

The people like Sharon and Judy and not nice and always keeping up mess with other employees. Always caused problems with other employees and then they get away with causing mess and lies maybe they need to fine another place to work so saint martens of the pine’s can be more better to work at.pluse the staff are not helping other staff members like I said Judy & Sharon are so ugly with other staff member and doing them wrong but taking hours away from them and days just to hurt them because they got in trouble for their own mess but if the CEO was smart they should let them go and I bet Saint Martin of the pine’s will be a better place to work! When they are in trouble about something they done they go and put it on another employee cause for some reason they know they won’t say anything and that’s wrong who wants to work for a place when them two staff members are causing so much problems with their other employees. I heard them over talking before they are going to take time away from employees just cause they can and who wants staff members who are like them working in a place where ur Sapose to be helping other people who need help. I really hope some one takes the ugly staff members out of this work place so it can be a better place to work at.

The pictures you are showing are terribly deceiving. This place has very lazy and dishonest staff, nurses, cooks, janitorial services were terrible. These so called professionals never had answers to any of our questions. If you love your family member, or in my case my Father, get them the heck out of there. My sister, Julie Sanders put our much llivedd,respected and hardworking Father there. She took everything he had and she never went back. Yes
