I may be a bit biased because I am currently working here but everybody here is nice and very dedicated to helping those who are in a tight spot. There are services we do not provide but that is only due to the limitations of funding and trying to maintain a small staff. A lot of good gets done here for the City of Baltimore and beyond.
Many years ago, I had my sons last name changed. MVLS did a fantastic job and it didn't cost me anything. They were very professional and got everything finished quickly! Thank you so, so much!
I am a patient, kind and understanding person. I just expect professionalism and respect in return. The main reason things didn't work out is because my paralegal did not communicate with me in a timely manner. If she did, I'm sure even if my case took months to complete, I would have had NO problems at all. But one thing that is hard to deal with is when you are treated like you don't matter.
