Dont come here. They will put zero effort into the case. Push you to take the lowest level settlement possible and will keep you out of the loop the whole time. Worst lawyer ever. And the staff is rude and incompetent. Completely disappointed.

Customer service at first was a bit rough but as I got to speak more with Brandon, it did get much better with time. My issue with the Massie Law firm is that I wasn't given all of the necessary information to make an intelligent decision upfront. He failed to fully research my case until AFTER I had given him my $456 fee. After I had paid, I was then informed that filing would not be the best avenue for me. This has totally destroyed me financially as I had to wait for the filing to be dismissed and fall off my credit. My credit score has been demolished- has gone down 200 points, and no, I am not exaggerating. If you're looking to file with Massie Law, make sure you get a full diagnosis of what can and cannot be done so that you won't be blindsided.

This was the worst Law Office I have ever been to. These people only care about making a dime for themselves. I am left responsible for bills and payments that I should not be paying at all, but when I tried to ask about why I have to make these payments still even when I was not at fault for anything they told me case is closed and it is nothing they can do. Do Not Go Here. They Do Not Care

The law office quoted $469 for a chapter 13. Then attorney Massey said his staff dont know anything about the pricing and it was $1000. I don't understand I spoke to 3 different people in his office they all said the samethinh. Good luck. He seem like a person that prey on people in need.
