Enjoyed working with him on a lease contact..... I would advise to use caution, they do charge for every and I mean every rounded up minute, every quick reply email, talks with other people (I didn't even know about) etc. I was very shocked when I got my 2nd surprise bill (thinking I was done from the first bill!) A second lawyer was on the bill that I didn't even know I was working with? Who's Jip? the clock is ticking... I may get a bill from them reading this...
