Elise Lazarus is the most condescending rude incompetent irritating lawyer I ever had a chance of working with. When she allowed me 2 seconds to finish my sentence explaining what happened she interrupted me every step of the way calling me a liar and telling me it’s very unlikely what I’m claiming ever took place. After representing my self to the prosecutor and judge after Lazarus didn’t show up to represent me on zoom court the court tried proceeding with the matter without my lawyer and pretended like I didn’t have representation. Had to call Lazarus in the middle of this all happening and she claims they never sent her the court date. Then after Lazarus actually shows up the party framing me doesn’t show up because they think I had legal representation. Little did they know I represented my self and I paid $300 to have an appearance from Lazarus all she did was show up saw it got dropped and left. I want my $300 back. Now a couple years later I’m in a similar situation and Mattleman weinroth sends me Lazarus again… she claims she doesn’t remember me cause she’s “so busy with her hundreds of cases” I need an ATTORNEY. Not someone who is so gullible to the harsh realities of the real world.
