Boyd J. Hawkins has been an excellent lawyer. He has gone above and beyond in his work. He actually has a heart for his clients, which is hard to come by, especially for lawyers. This firm is doing an excellent job at giving a good name to lawyers and Boise. This firm is kind, they care about the work they are doing, and they are great at their job. I would recommend Boyd J. Hawkins to anyone I care about. He does a thorough job, is professional, and helped me win my case. And he makes the process as easy as possible to get through. If you need a good lawyer that you can trust, I suggest him or anyone he associates with at this firm. It is hard to find a lawyer that you know will fight for you, but your in good hands here!
Joseph Miller was wonderful to work with. He explains everything as well as provides excellent advice. Miller was timely in his response to questions and his staff is excellent! I will be referring him to my clients.
If you are reading this review and searching for a criminal defense attorney, stop looking and call Joe Miller. I unfortunately went through a period in my life that landed me in trouble legally several times over 10 years. I had 2 prior felony convictions, and was on felony probation. I was charged by ADA county with 5 more felonies, after being released from custody. While waiting for the process to play out in the courts on the new charges, I was also charged with violating my probation as well. So 5 new felonies and a PV. I was not entitled to bond on the PV, Joe Miller argued on my behalf at my bond hearing. I was granted a bond, and a low bond considering.. If that was all he did for me, it would have been enough to recommend him to others. From day one, I thought the best possible outcome was a rider and an Imposed 2 + 5 was not out of the question. My family and I prepared for my absence when sentencing day arrived. That did not happen. I was given a concurrent sentence that matched my previous one. and Reinstated on probation. I walked out of court with my family. I can’t share all the details of my ordeal in this review. My situation was complicated, and the evidence did not favor me at all. Add to that a PV with 5 pending felonies and I had no doubt I was heading to prison. Joe Miller guided me through the process, stuck by me when I screwed up. Told me what I needed to do personally, to better my chances at sentencing. He had a game plan from day one, that he believed would end well for me, and he was right. You could not make a better choice than Joe Miller , if you need someone to represent you in a criminal matter.
Great customer service! Initially, Mr. Miller did a great job of listening to ensure he comprehensively understood my case. Once he did, he did a great job of breaking down the details and nuances of my case and provided me with my options. He and his staff were always quick to respond and obtain answers to questions, concerns, inquiries. This was my first legal experience and it was very educational and a positive one from a very professional operation. Thank you Mr. Miller for your services.
Joe did an amazing job making sure to communicate and work thoroughly with me as well as making the process less stressful.
