(UPDATE 8/23/18) 2ND issue, first one is below, can only post 1 review.nnBrian Maverick refuses to address overcharges to my father, an incapacitated ward, of which Maverick is the Guardian of the Estate. Several attempts via email, and even the same sent via certified letter, all ignored. The 1st invoice I did get him to concede to 2 overcharges and refund my father. Now that I have pointed about 20 more overcharges over the years, he refuses to address the issue. IGNORES the requests. As a family member I have a right to do that, ignored! nnWhat could be a simple meeting over the phone, agreeing to what needs to be refunded, will instead result in a lawsuit? Maybe that is what he wants as he will try to charge my father to defend himself, however I will protest to the judge, that he should not be permitted to do that, that would be obscene! Media will be invitednnI have tried to rectify these issues in a reasonable and civil manner. Maverick refuses to address the many overcharges, or to refund my father.nn1ST Issuen(UPDATE 5/8/18 - My father is not his "client" he is his "ward." Big difference! The disappointment in his service and his attitude continues)nnRefuses to answer reasonable questions, the run around. I advocate for my incapacitated father while apparently he pretends to? He botched, apparently, MY plan to assist my father who is financially exploited by a vindictive stepson and stepmother? I, not he, had to fight (and won) for a few causes to assist my father, while he did nothing? In my opinion not passionate or driven, prefers status quo. Not transparent when it was critical therefore not accountable? Causes unnecessary stress and wasted my time. Please provide the proof I have asked for multiple times and lets get this issue resolved! Needs to be done over, the right way.
