Reviews

Disappointing Experience with Zach McCready Law Group I recently sought the services of Zach McCready Law Group for legal protection in a case, and unfortunately, my experience with the firm was highly disappointing. From the initial assurances to the lack of communication and professionalism, my encounter with this law group left much to be desired. Upon the initial consultation, Mr. McCready assured me that he was the right fit for my case. I proceeded to make a deposit, expecting effective representation and timely updates. However, after the payment was made, the communication abruptly ceased for two months, leaving me in the dark about the progress of my case. The first red flag emerged just before the arraignment when I reached out for information and was informed of a sudden development in my case. To my surprise, it was not Mr. McCready who would be present at the hearing, but rather his associate. On the day of the arraignment, the substitute attorney arrived late and was unprepared, lacking any pertinent files or information related to my case. Taking matters into my own hands, I visited the Police Department's detectives office only to discover that my case had been dropped a month and a half prior. This lack of awareness and preparation on the part of the Zach McCready Law Group was both frustrating and concerning. When I confronted Mr. McCready about the situation and discussed the agreed-upon refund outlined in the contract, I encountered further issues. The check he provided was in the wrong amount, and he insisted it was correct until I pointed out the signed contract. Only then did he rectify the error with cash. In conclusion, my experience with Zach McCready Law Group was marked by unfulfilled promises, inadequate communication, and a lack of professionalism. While some may find success with this firm, my case was handled poorly, leading to unnecessary stress and frustration. I would caution others to beware and thoroughly consider their options before choosing this law group for legal representation.

I had never been in legal trouble before and didn't really know where to turn. Choosing McCready Law Group was definitely the right call. This is a team of people who really care about their clients and treat them like family. They fought tirelessly for me and didn't rest until my case was completely dismissed. I owe them so much. I truly don't know what I would have done without their expert help. If you need a criminal defense lawyer this is the first call you should make.

If I could give this attorney no stars I would. Mr. McCready did nothing he promised when he was retained. He was paid and wouldn't communicate with my niece or my sister about the case. When questions were raised about the case and his lack of participation he had nothing but excuses and no answers. The morning of an important court date Mr. McCready informed the family that he was getting off of the case. This came with no warning or explanation. My advise to anyone that works hard and values their money DON'T retain this attorney.
