This company was not recommended by my bank but I went through Whitaker for our real estate closing because the property is closer to their office. So let’s just say as an investor I’ve closed many transactions with better companies and I learned a valuable lesson 2 weeks ago. And that is make sure you have vetted these offices, check the reviews, and use recommended real estate attorneys and never assume a “known name” means great service.

Taylor is so kind! She was polite, friendly, funny, and made signing a stack of paperwork the size of two dictionaries painless! She is definitely a keeper, I can see why this firm is preferred by so many in the area!
