I retained John Kappel in 2016 when I saw my marriage heading in a negative direction. ONDA, is one of those firms, I first met with Paula and Richard, I explained what was happening very quickly in my marriage and what I was looking to achieve knowing it was becoming irreparable after 32 years and razing two amazing daughters. Was given John Kappel's name to handle a probate issue. He did a teleconference with us and we sent him paperwork to look over. Been trying to contact him via email the last couple of weeks but we haven't heard back. Tried calling him. His staff said he was out for the day. They said they would put me through to his voicemail, but ended up getting disconnected. I give up. It could be a fluke in responding, but at this point, my family and I have to start all over again with a new lawyer. I've lost faith with this firm.
