Mr. Wagner has great personality and that's about it. Mr. Wagner charges for every phone call, photo copy, and stamp. Furthermore, told me that my divorce would cost $1500, but sent me a bill for $2700 the day after I informed him that I only had another $1000 I could afford to give him on top of the $1500 cash he already recieved from me. When in pre-trial I told Mr. Wagner that I didnt want to leave without a temp order for visitation he responded to me by telling me that I would have to come up with $2000 or that wasnt going to happen. The following day i was told by my ex and her attorney that they offered a temp order and it was never presented to me by Mr. Wagner.
