This Mr. McKinley had the audacity to call me while I was looking for lawyers for custody case. He never made it clear that he was working for the opposing party, and made the entire conversation look like it was part of a consultation. He did not. I repeat he did not identify himself as the opposing parties representation. I told him I didn't want to hire him, and he was apparently understanding of that. But there was never an intention of me hiring them. He was getting information out of me that he was going to use in the custody case. I mean I guess if you need an underhanded person to represent you that he's probably great.

Highly recommend. I had a consultation with Mr. McKinley concerning a tenant/landlord situation. He was very knowledgeable, professional and gave me very good insight with reasonable options to position myself but mostly perspective to serve myself better. Going forward, if I ever need legal counsel, he would be the first person I would call.

Mckinley law firm is horrible, they refuse to return my phones after I’ve already paid them over thousands of dollars. McKinley accused me of “arguing” with him, because “I asked him didn’t I already pay you?” And then told me he needed to see me the next day and would call me back. That was over a month ago. Horrible horrible lawyer, do not trust this man to have your best interest in heart. He just wants your money.

Richard rode circles around my ex wives attorney Leslie. In attorneys you get what you pay for. Richard is a good guy who wants to win for his clients. He is extremely smart and has over 40 years of experience and he has seen it all. I fired my original attorney and hired Richard because my friend Simeon recommended him. This was one of the best decisions I ever made. If you want to win use Richard McKinley.

I had called this law office to help me settle an estate case for my wife's grandmother. I was calling on behalf of my wife who was at work during the time of the call. The sole purpose for my call was to simply schedule a consultation with McKinley so he can hear our story when my self and my wife were both available. However, it never got that far. I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with the assistant, Cricket. Cricket was incredibly condescending and rude to me. She asked me questions that I didn't know the answer to at the time. Again, I was just trying to set up a consultation, so I didn't have all of the information in front of me. I tried answering each question as best as I could, but every single time I tried explaining something, she would interrupt me with a snide comment like, "You need to do your research" or "You're not listening to me." She told me that they can't help us and that there was nothing that can be done. (Let me remind everyone that she didn't even hear our case) She was VERY disrespectful. This law firm clearly makes enough money, so do yourself a favor and go somewhere who will actually hear your side of the story and fight for you. This organization lacks professionalism and should seriously consider restructuring. Find an attorney that cares.
