Paid retainer in 5 months failed to update will failed to create one updated beneficiary statement interfered with our california real estate lawyer just to cause fees to himself. Losses caused by Presnick estimated by cpa $8 million. Refused to return legal documents that he failed to update so had to pay another lawyer to recreate them: all told said had to say "Alleged"

David was awesome to deal with for our wills and preparations for our children. Trying to make it easier on them when that time comes! We read other reviews and chose a lawyer! He was professional but reassuring and had great insight and advice in helping us with certain decisions! He has a great sense of humor too!! This was a painless process that we had been dragging our feet on for some time. He made it easy!! Highly recommend!!
