I'm an attorney in Denver. I was called by a client who needed help in Dallas. I referred this person to Megan David. The prospective client said that Megan did a fantastic job on her very difficult case. I will also say, based on the poor review below, that there are no guarantees on any personal injury case and an attorney cannot promise a good result. A case is only as good as its facts and its client. Because of attorney-client privilege, Megan would be unable to defend herself from the bad review but having practiced personal injury law for many years, I am sure there is more to the story than is explained in the poor review below. I would take it with a grain of salt.

Megan David is an outstanding attorney that has worked on some really big high value cases with great results. As an attorney that has practiced in Dallas for 17 years myself, I can attest that her level of expertise in personal injury cases it top notch. Bottom line, if you don't hire me then she is the first person you should call.

Pros- Nice woman Con- I expressed, and asked, in our first meeting, “I am concerned that with the Attorney fee, that may cut into receiving reimbursement for all the medical expenses paid out of pocket.”. I was advised that by Megan that she is skilled in Negociation of the dollars down in what is owed, and working with insurance company. My out of pocket for medical bills was $19,000. After Megan’s legal fees (we meditated based on her advice) I received $4,000. Which means that in addition to several $1,000 of medical bills that I was unable to pay ( which now have ruined my credit) there was $15,000 that I paid in medical expenses that instead being refunded to me, Megan’s % ( $5,850) meant this was a lose, lose situation. I should never have used Megan. Stress and health problems continue to increase how much the accident ( that was clearly fault of other driver) cost financially (2018 dental surgery cost me $36k out of pocket which required home refinance to pull equity and at higher interest) mental ( both my daughter and I suffered brain damage that still persists today) and emotional ( brain damage brings personalitiy changes, which significantly changed my daughter, our relationship and how we function in the world) Using Megan was a lose-lose-lose

The best there is. Goes to bat for the client and is relentless in creating the best possible outcome for her clients! I will definitely use her again and am referring numerous people her way as well.
