For me to leave a review saying that Claire and her team are the absolute best in Abilene, especially covering the work load they cover would be the biggest understatement of my life. They went above and beyond for me and my family we will never use anyone but them again. Men in Texas in family law seem to get the shaft more often than not, but as I said I got the best outcome from my case not once but twice. Others can cry about the money it cost but in my eyes is if you want it done right and correctly you just pay it and be happy that it will be done right the first time!

While no one wants to go through a divorce, I would say that if it does happen, use Claire Mehaffey and her team. They were very understanding of my situation and did not judge me. They are a compassionate group of folks who deeply care for their clients. They were supportive of me and even helped me with resources for my mental health as I was going through this tough time. Of special note was Claire’s legal aide, Kayla. She is an amazing person who helped me navigate this process and ensured that I was doing okay throughout. She was always there when I needed any sort of assistance or support. I could rely on her for anything.

Due to circumstances in my life, I've had to use both Sam (criminal defense) and Claire (family law) as attorneys for different things. Before Claire, I had 2 different attorneys represent me for divorce/child custody cases and they were horrible. Fortunately, I decided to spend a little extra money (worth all of it) to hire Claire and Sam. Most recently I needed some additional assistance/documents and called the office, left a message with the front desk and had a call back same-day by Mandy (Sam's legal assistant) and she got me what I needed that day and the next morning. That kind of service is hard to find these days. Thank you!

Mr. Watson and his staff went above and beyond during my probate case. Line of communication was always open and willingness to answer all questions and concerns was great. His services were also one of the most affordable in comparison to others in the local area. I had to move across country for work and they still updated me until case was closed. I highly recommend Mr. Watson and his team for your legal needs.

These were actually my ex-husband's attorneys through the divorce. They went above and beyond trying to get my counsel to get things done. In the end my pay post divorce was returned to my ex-husband and they helped resolve the matter and were kind and considerate to me and my situation! I have some therapy and healing to do and am just grateful they helped him resolve the issue so we can both move forward with our lives. I wonder if those people giving one star reviews bothered filing a formal grievance with the Texas Bar Association! I did against my attorney and they are investigating BECAUSE I submitted a zip file of every email regarding the divorce that was 4G in size! You can't whine about the outcome if you don't bother being an adult and submitting evidence! Before filing the grievance I looked up what grounds for professional misconduct were before I submitted my grievance!
