Luis assured me that after representing me in a a zoom call with my insurance company if necessary he would assist me in taking a law suit against the insurance company feeling relieved I did not contact any other law firm assuming I called the right place. Unfortunately I was wrong I paid a thousand dollars for a supervised zoom call for nothing. When I called to proceed the law suit his assistant picked up and said "we don't even handle car insurance cases" , and later sent a petty email after receiving my payment stating they will no longer help me because they simply do not have the time, even tho I contacted them 2 months prior. Only reason I am leaving this review is to prevent this unfortunate event from happening to anyone else

Horrible experience dealing with this firm, and Luis. He calls me telling me how come I haven't made a payment in over 6 months. When they were cashing my checks every month. Accounting obviously doesn't exist at this firm. Pretty much payed over 10 thousand for them to sit with me during a deposition. Paralegal trying to charge me for calling me to cancel appointments. No pride in there work, they just want money...
