Exceptional experience - Jean & Reagan listened, presented several approaches, and resolved our matter in a prompt, professional way.
Would I use them again? No. Would I recommend them to others? No. Did I feel heard and that my interests were taken care of in a professional and timely fashion? A resounding no. Was I made to feel like an unimportant client who they didn’t communicate well with - and failed to keep apprised? Yes.
I am a nurse and had a patient lodge an erroneous complaint against my license to the state nursing board. It's sad that some people don't have better ways of getting attention. Katherine and John were fantastic in defending my license. They showed great professionalism and compassion through this incredibly stressful process. God forbid any other medical professional needs their assistance, but if they do I recommend them highly!!! They are absolutely fantastic!!

I was hired by this company and have not been paid for services rendered. This is an unprofessional way to do business. The legal assistant, SUSAN DOLORFINO, who hired me, is extremely incompetent. Think twice before dealing with this company.
