The majority of the people here work very hard. They have a limited amount of resources and that sometimes shows. But with the amount of growth in the city, Codes bears most of the burden without much more resources allocated in their direction. Nashville is lucky to have so many dedicated people in their ranks.
No answer. Leave voice mail. No response other than order to appear. Money grabbing scam artists is the best way I can describe them. They change the "codes" without telling anyone and then agree to dismiss it in court. But , you have to pay court costs of nearly $300. They knit pick everything they see. Constant harassment on little things but ,don't care about real problems. I was told that my kids couldn't have bikes because I don't have (and can't afford) a shed to store them in. My neighbor a few doors down was forced to remove their kids' swingset because it was visible from the road. Mind you, they live on a corner lot. I would give this a negative rating if I could.
Mike Morgan is a kind, sympathetic Metro official who took the time to address all of my concerns and appease my worries. I am so appreciative.
It's impossible to get information over the phone and the lady at the Information Customer Sign-In is the LEAST helpful person I have ever met. She does not seem to understand how to communicate with other humans.
Get ready for some frustration even when trying to get 1 simple question answered here. It appears that they try to make it so hard that you will give up go away.
