I had purchased a 2017 Tacoma the end of October 2017. After numerous visits back to the dealership with transmission issues, there was no solution to the problem. I highly recommend Jon Lewis! Jon was extremely patient and understanding. He explained my options clearly and what the legal path to each of those choices involved. He offered advice on how to proceed but was flexible and open to my changes and opinions. He always kept me informed of the progress of my case and was quick to respond to emails and calls.

Unfortunately, I have had two car accidents in the past 8 years both of which I was not at fault. I contacted Mr. Feldman's office on my first accident claim and was so impressed that I used him again on my second accident claim. I enjoy working with Mr. Feldman. He is professional and personable. He read over my medical records, listened to my story and picked up details about how the accident had changed my life that even I was unaware of.
