Soooo…. Went in to get spray paint and a lovely woman at check out asks to see my ID… so I ask (as I get my ID out) why so? “You have to be 21 to buy”… at the ripe age of 35 I thought OH! Why thank you sure… when I went to give her a coupon she said “I already gave you the senior citizen discount.” I am definitely going back… because you can’t make this up and I need that in my life. Helpful staff!

I was impressed with salesperson Frank when I needed help in finding an item. He helped me navigate the website in order to look for discounts, which is much appreciated. He really enjoyed going above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased with my purchases.

Michael’s has a generous discount for Teachers & First responders. Not a bad location for arts / crafts needs!

Very nice and neat michaels. The staff is very friendly and help us out immediately when asked a question. There are 2 bathrooms one for women and one for men with water fountains outside. The bathroom doors have a code and can be opened by a staff.

I’ve had many items custom framed at this location over the years including my college diplomas and several important pieces of art- Frances is and has been the kindest and most helpful associate at that store that I’ve ever worked with. She took the time to select the smartest options of frames and she has a great eye for detail. Should you need something done right, ask for her as it’s hard to find such wonderful people to work with!
