Miller Canfield Paddock And Stone Plc

This has to be one of the most crooked law firms in this country. Oakland County law firm, Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C. filed a law suit against me, in the Oakland County Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Michigan, on behalf of their Oakland County 501c3 client, heard by Oakland County Judge Shalina Kumar (chief circuit court judge in Michigan). From the very beginning, neither the law firm nor their client had a shred of proof against me. Despite that fact, the Oakland County law firm was permitted to file suit against me in the Oakland County Court, which was facilitated by Judge Shalina Kumar. Despite the complete lack of any evidence, Judge Shalina Kumar issued an injunction prohibiting me from saying anything on Facebook about the 501c3 client of Miller/Canfield, despite the fact that this 501c3 "charitable organization" has a history of sexually harassing women, financial corruption, failure to follow their "whistleblower" policy, as required by the IRS, failure to follow their "bill of donor rights,"' and countless other civil rights violations. Judge Kumar went on to issue a "court order" demanding that I sign a falsified letter drafted by Gerald Gleeson and his corrupt client, which stated that I said and did things I did not say and do. Judge Kumar also issued a "court order" demanding that I turn all of my electronic devices and passwords over to an agent working on behalf of Miller/Canfield and their corrupt client, so they could "forensically analyze" all of my electronic devices, which contain my financials, medical information, credit information, personal correspondence, etc., AGAIN, without a shred of evidence against me. Miller/Canfield, with the blessings of Judge Shalina Kumar, also spent months stalking my Facebook and other social media accounts. Miller/Canfield, on behalf of their corrupt 501c3 client, also demanded that I give them the name of every person I have ever discussed their corrupt client with, apparently so the Oakland County entities could stalk, pursue, harass, and terrorize those people also. The corrupt client of Miller/Canfield have after months of stalking me and my family, trespassing on our property, closed their case, BECAUSE THEY HAD NO EVIDENCE AGAINST ME. Furthermore, the attorney that had agreed to represent me, Timothy K. Morris, resigned from my case, on 3/21/2018, because I refused to sign the aforementioned fictitious "retraction letter," though Gleeson and his gang never provided proof that the facts I posted on FB were anything other than factual. My former attorney Timothy Morris, had not bothered to complete or return any of the court paperwork that Miller/Canfield sent him. Another reason for my attorney's resignation, per his conversations with me, was because I could not, according to Timothy Morris, win in an Oakland County Court, with an Oakland County Judge, in a suit filed by the Oakland County law firm of Miller/Canfield, against a 501c3 located in Oakland County. Timothy Morris informed me that he would no longer represent me if if continued to refuse to sign (per court order) a document falsified by Oakland County lawyer Gerald Gleeson and his corrupt 501c3 client. I am a disabled senior citizen, living on the Social Security savings I accumulated after 46 years of working, and could not afford to hire another lawyer, so Miller/Canfield attorney, Gerald Gleeson and his entourage took full advantage of that fact. I am now being billed $225.00 by the Oakland County Sixth Judicial court for failing to advise the Case Evaluation Clerk in writing of the "adjournment, settlement, dismissal, or entry of judgment before the scheduled evaluation." My numerous attempts to contact the court have failed. Judge Kumar has also sealed the court records, so the public cannot access the truthful information stated about the corrupt 501c3 client. As of 09/23/2018, Gleeson is harassing me again, for not signing the "retraction letter" he composed and electronically signed my name to.
