Ellen Fishkin is probably one of the worst investments you can make if you’re in need of legal assistance. Now that I have consulted with other lawyers I can see that she was terrible. Ellyn Fishkin is wholly unreliable and unresponsive. I hired Ms Fishkin for my family court case. She was completely unresponsive and after a significant amount of time and many many follow ups on my part it became clear she had not done the work I retained her to do. I feel she pulled me to hire her with promises of being there to help me only to ignore my case once I had retained her and had paid my retainer. The long-standing period of unresponsiveness has severely prejudiced my case and it is upsetting that I have received no explanation after all of this time. I am now left without my funds to retain a new competent attorney.
