Hands down THE BEST LAWYER EVER! I used him to close on my home and my daughter’s father used him as well. He is REALLY good. It was my first time buying a home, I was so afraid, but Stu answered my every question. He always answered the phone or email! Besides his amazing customer service, he knows his stuff!! I walked alway with thousands of additional money! Yes thousands! I COULDNT believe it. The deal was to good to be true lol. But this was back in 2020 the market was much different then, I don’t think we’ll see deals like what I got for years to come. Anyway, I’m in the process of purchasing another property and I can’t imagine working with anyone else other than Stu. I know the days of sellers concession is over :( but I’m still hoping Stu will be able to find some ways for me to save some money. Can’t say enough amazing things about this man. And FYI as a single woman, with a child, and only 1 income it is VERY hard to purchase but with the right team anything is possible??????

Scott Sherman handled my case professionally and responsively. His knowledge and expertise was valuable in helping me to understand the process and the outcome. Debbie Lieb is great to work with as well. I would highly recommend this firm and Scott Sherman.

Wow what can i say about this firm. Nothing positive sadly over charged for a deal that fell through, never met the guy, very lazy towards to getting work done. Doesn't answer or return calls vey lackluster service I'd never work with Stuart again.
