I was referred to this law firm by a friend. For some reason I felt a drop-by might be easier to schedule an appointment instead of leaving message to website. Unfortunately, the front desk was anything but welcoming. I was met with a significant degree of arrogance and rudeness before I could even step inside. The phrase "Okay, I am being the nicest way here" was particularly off-putting. No empathy or polite at all, but arrogant. I understand that if it is not a good time, I could schedule something later for a virtual meeting. Even maybe they say ”hey your case is not our specialty, we cannot take it”, I understand. But “I am being the nicest way here”?? Wow. Standing downstairs 3 minutes, already feel like a criminal .

Majority attorneys here are honest, fiercely talented and good people. I’ve worked personally for one. My experience was excellent. - but the few that aren’t, watch out. Mintz & Levin aggressively helped their clients, IMO, commit fraud against me. If you deal with them, you have to put your serial killer mindset on. Or otherwise., they’ll take everything from you and leaving you wanting to die. #evil
