At first, I didn't like the idea of multiple attorneys working on my case, but this firm provided me not just 1 attorney but an agressive team to get me what I was entitled to. Having multiple people on my case, got me faster responses then when I had just 1 attorney before coming here. The law may be complicated and stressful but Tim and his team gives you the comfort that you are being taken care no matter what.

This team is amazing. Their personal approach to every detail and their reassuring attitude eased my stress and has helped to make my proceedings feel less intimidating. I truly do appreciate their professionalism and understanding!

Going through my nightmarish ordeal of an extraordinarily Complex and rare situation in my dissolution of marriage I decided to hire Antonio Miranda Law Firm located in Downtown San Diego because they claim to be the Best Bulldogs of lawyers. This was by far thee 2nd MOST worst decision in my life I've made! They're inflated rates in excess of $15,000 just to get you in the door should have been my first clue to run, but in my desperation of my situation Antonio Miranda promised they were the Best and I had come to the right law firm to aggressively handle my rare/odd situation. At Antonio Miranda's advice I hired a Private Investigator they suggested, Antonio Miranda law firm informed me they needed substantial proof and verification to be able to present in court to my judge in an efforts to stop visitation and protect my child. Antonio Miranda law firm was also handling paperwork for my divorce that they never had filed with the courts! Huge Whoopsy considering it was pretty important paperwork for my divorce that needed to be served to my husband and NEVER WAS! How does a law firm of that stature make such a rookie mistake and yet claim to be the best????? What a joke Antonio Miranda Law firm is!!!!! And for my TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) that my husband had put on me purposely/intentionally/ fraudulently solely with the intentions to gain temporary full custody of our child, I originally had Brenda as my lawyer at Antonio Miranda, but then 2 weeks into hiring them kathleen (assistant/receptionist) called me to inform me that Brenda had a scheduling conflict and Andrew Rosenberry who was a gar better more experienced lawyer would be taking over my case and . . . Oh by the way Im getting Andrew at the same rate as Brenda and Andrew rarely works at this lower rate, he's the best blah blah. I believed it, I trusted Antonio Miranda law firm because of my very intense situation. Antonio Miranda fumbled every aspect of my case they actually made everything far worse then when I walked through they're over priced inexperienced doors some how managing to get a TRO made into a 5 year Restraining Order, and used nothing from the Private investigator (and we had some damn good evidence) to ensure my child's safety in my situation. Antonio Miranda Law firm did however hold my file case box and wouldn't release it to me until I paid in full an additional balance of almost $900.00, which I didn't know at that time is morally and ethically corrupt and absolutely frowned upon the California State bar. My advice is learn from my mistakes and TAKE YOUR MONEY TO ANY OTHER LAW FIRM IN SAN DIEGO!!! Save yourself the time and pain of these money leeches.

I was referred to Alison by a good friend and could not be more pleased with her work. She listened to me, was always available to discuss my case, and answered all my questions. I was concerned about the cost, but am so glad I went with this firm. They are worth the money! Do yourself a favor and call this firm if you're dealing with any family law issue.

Timothy and his associates are so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable that they made this divorce process less stressful. The entire staff were all very attentive, starting from the moment I would call in. Even when I had questions about my invoices, Michelle would always provide me answers promptly. Overall, I had a great experience. I may be considered one of the lucky ones, because things went well, but I was lucky to have found this firm.
