I had a messy situation with my employer over the non-compete clause. Mitra was absolutely wonderful at listening to my case, reviewing my contract, and then suggesting practical advice to help remedy the situation. In the long run, everything could not have turned out better and I am now free from the non-compete and get to start my new job!! Mitra was a total answer to prayer and I can not thank her enough.

unfortunately my visit didn't work out as planed however Mrs. Mitra was honest and even tho the employer is scum she continued to offer free advice on another matter and offered other recourse to take on this employer and even warned me about attorney scams and what to look for... 1 star review is accurate. I called and spoke with a representative and she said she would talk to the attorney to see if she would take the case. My situation is a termination from being injured on the job. That's all I said. I got a call back on Monday and the representative said " I spoke to the attorney and we do not take cases like that." Long story short... Mitra Law Group will not give you the time of day unless the case is cut and dry and gift rapped from Santa Clause on a silver platter with a blank check attached to it.nnKeep looking, don't bother!!! They don't care!!!

Mitra Shahri is, hands down, one of the best attorneys in Oregon. I was her client for a brief time but I am also a California-licensed attorney and litigator. I have gone up against the best and I have never feared anyone. I am grateful I never had to oppose Mitra in court. She is incredibly smart, her strategic analysis is second to none, and she is compassionate and caring. You can't go wrong with this attorney!
