Edit in response to the owner: You can start by doing what your organization is supposed to do. Help people find good representation. It's a hit or miss experience if you don't know a good attorney, and it can be a very expensive problem if you hire the wrong one. Your organization was absolutely no help at all when I needed an attorney.
From these reviews it sounds like this agency id just as ineffective and negligent as every state agency I've ever tried to work with. Everything in Montana is corrupt, dishonest, a waste of taxpayers. Thus state is a complete wash
I have called a dozen times, can't ever get a live person. A I wanted was help to find a lawyer. I even left messages with no response. I went online as their automated service ask you to do and still no help.
Since no location appears for writing a review specifically for the Office of Disciplinary Council, I'll write it here. It's incredibly obvious the State Bar's Office of Disciplinary Council will take bribes and favors in lieu of reviewing attorney misconduct from an unbias view. Based on those bribes and favors, their views become highly biased, and they allow attorneys bad behavior to go unpunished. Save yourself the trouble. If your attorney misbehaves, write reviews, and make a public shaming of them yourselves. You will get no help from the Office of Disciplinary Council (or any of their review boards). You're better off teaching pigs to fly, than getting the discipline review board to render unbiased decisions. What an absolute sham. They should be ashamed of themselves. My review of this panel will go on every review site I can find, and will be voiced on at least one radio talk show with ~20 million nationwide listeners (perhaps more). I may choose to take this to other forms of media, as well.
can't get ahold of them now for 2 weeks not good at all
