Everyone that handled my case from beginning to end was great. They treated me like they would treat their own family. When my accident happened an need their advice to see if I had a case they sent someone to my home because I couldn’t travel. To me that speaks volumes about a company. When I had to talk to any one working on my case they would always ask how I was doing and if I was feeling better. I highly recommended this company to anyone.

The attorney's office refused to take the case but I'm not mad about that I'm more mad about the receptionist or the lady that answered the phone was rude and when I asked her why she said no other information is needed to be said

Very unprofessional staff. I had to call several times and never received calls back from the paralegal, Delta Farrington. I was never updated about anything with my case, every time I called i was sent to voicemail, or she was always away from her desk. I was never able to speak with a lawyer regarding my case. Instead of calling me back about the case, she would send text messages. The insurance adjuster called several times and never received a call...when i reached out she stated I forgot to check my voicemail. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I was always rushed off of the phone or seemed like i was bothering them when I called to get information.
