It took multiple attempts to get paperwork correct, seems the investigators asking the questions have limited communication skills. Slow exchange of information re: progression of the case. Zero response through the Morgan and Morgan app, although they offer communication through text, no one has responded to questions I have posed on the app.
Clint Lavender was awesome. He and his Paralegal Tiffany made me feel like family. I definitely recommend them as they are passionate, professional, and tell you everything you need to know as far as process and status. I just wish being my bills are backed up, payment was faster once it is signed. This is such a large firm, once it's approved, I just wish payment was faster Other than that awesome firm.
I do not recommend them at all. My initial call they said they will take my case. I’ve spent a few hours after that with investigators going over my case and give them the info they need it. Three weeks later I called to say hey what’s the status and then a week later I get a call and an email saying that they don’t want to represent me. They wasted valuable time and I believe they knew the person who owned the business that I was going to file a claim against. Watch them very sneaky.
I can not think of a better law firm than Morgan and Morgan. From my very first phone, call everyone that I spoke to was helpful and empathetic. They have taken on my case and been very kind and gracious towards me. I feel that I am in very good hands with Morgan and Morgan. I highly recommend Morgan and Morgan if you are ever in need of a great law firm.
The process was simple and informative. The representative was very helpful and made me feel at ease. They offer 24/7 customer service and only take your case after a thorough screening to see if they believe you have a case that they believe they will be successful in winning it for their clients.
