After calling and leaving a message, I heard a voicemail redirecting me to a website and directed me to send an email. I am disappointed in the lack of care to return a phone call, the way the it was handled to refuse service with an automatic template letter after I took the time to try to contact and I would hope for a kinder response (which I did receive from a different attorney).
