I worked with Theodore and his team. They came highly recommended by law enforcement in the area, to revise my relative's estate papers. He worked with me remotely, as I live out of state, and provided sound advice to simplify the paperwork. He also was sure that my elderly Uncle understood all that was going on and addressed every single one of his wishes. And, he didn't want to over-complicate his estate, so he would understand how things were to be handled, and later allow for us to administer his estate, if or when ever needed. nnThe cost was reasonable for what was done, and he remained within his original estimated price. No surprises.

This was a extremely tough file to close but she got it done. My buyer's got the home they wanted and she had an intricate part to play in that. I know we Realtors tend to take all the credit in a successful closing however I like to think of all the working parts....title, bank, myself, and inspectors as a team. I was very fortunate to have Atty. Brickell Murfree IV represent my family a few years ago. We had a piece of property that had been in our family since 1867. A neighbor wished to buy 10 acres and we moved forward, only to discover that the title was not properly registered.
