Ms. Laura Dale has been a miracle in the lives of me and my family. She returned my baby to me. She gave me and my family back a son, a grandson, a nephew and a cousin for my 8 year old niece. The mother of my child, as well as her family, had completely taken my baby son from me. We had no actually access to him. After a first lawyer who could not do better than obtain very limited access of two 4 hour periods per week, with extremely limited access to his pediatrician, the situation was truly desperate. Thanks to the hard work of Ms. Laura Dale and Ms. Dawn Allred, I obtained (even though my child was less than 3 years old) more than 45% of total custody, full access to the pediatrician and medical specialists as well as a right to make co-parenting decision involving all medical matters for my son, a summer vacation period of 30 days, plus the 1st, 3rd and 5th weekends of each summer month, as well as many other rights which had been denied to me by my ex-wife and which were returned to me thanks to Ms. Laura Dale. Beyond the lawyer - client relationship, there is a truly human dimension at Laura Dale & Associates, it is not simply a law firm. They are people who have a keen sense of justice and who believe in their clients. This experience will leave a sincere imprint on the hearts of me and my family, because the work of Ms. Laura Dale and her team not only returned my son to me, but also returned my child to his Dad. Nicole did an exceptional job as my attorney from the first time we met through the conclusion of the case. She was realistic in her analysis of my case and the potential outcomes.
