What a joke this place is. They send me a threatening letter to send in a check because I hadn't paid my HOA fee for 3 years because I was trying to get our community management company, also a joke, to get things done in our neighborhood. Left Jeanette Kidwell and others,multiple emails and voicemail and no one gets back to you. What a joke!!!!

I had a great experience with the two people that I work with in this firm. Jeanette Kidwell was willing to help and went out of her way to help me till I got my issues resolved. Jeanette was also very encouraging when I was trying to give up on the issue. She is very understanding. I also worked with Amaneer who is also very nice. I am giving a 4 because I may not like what the firm stands for - but for me, the staff that I had contact with, were very helpful. Jeanette and Amaneer are awesome.

I am currently employed with this firm. I couldn’t ask for a better company! The benefits alone are so rewarding and appreciated. I am so happy working for such an awesome team. The growth that I have experienced already is remarkable. Our lawyers are intelligent and operate according to the law, at all times. It’s rewarding to work with them. I’ve been in the collection world for 25 years and been employed with this firm for 2 years. I can honestly say, I’ve received more appreciation, benefits and open arms from this firm, than any other firm I’ve worked for. I absolutely love working here! ??????

Clare MacDonald-Sugrowe should work with some of the other folks before she calls these clowns top notch. Jeanette Kidwell does NOT know how to communicate. She's lazy, disorganized, and should be fired. The front desk ladies have also been rude and unhelpful when you stop by in person to try and resolve issues. A "top notch" law firm wouldn't have boxes stacked messily all over their office area, either. But there it is, for anyone to see as they walk into the offices. These guys are half rate lawyers who make their living doing collections

This is the most unprofessional firm ever. They do not address you in a professional manner. They address you as (You) which is unacceptable, never a greeting (Hello)when communicating via email. Do not return phone calls! No updated database/ missing payment documentation. Grace Mburu is very rude and argumentative!!!!
